Gordon stuttard from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. The process was really smooth. Kept us informed of the progress of the order throughout. Willing to go the extra mile for you, even coming to my workplace to make it easier for us to sort some paperwork. Never had a Lexus before but will definitely be coming back and recommending Gordon to others.

I purchased a new Lexus UX today through Lexus Stockport, the service was unparalleled and Gordon who dealt with us from start to finish was incredible, he topped us up on fuel and was there for everything I needed, his knowledge of the product and guiding us through every step of setting things up was exemplary and I cannot recommend them highly enough

I bought my used Lexus from another dealer but Stockport are my nearest. My first Lexus service visit (only slightly squeaky brakes - its a Lexus!) was great. Phonecall the day before confirming time and what hot drink Id like(!). On the day front of house lady, service department people and the tech who looked at the car were all super friendly, efficient, and AND theres FREE CAKE! Car was hoovered and cleaned very well, parts have been ordered to get the brakes desqueaked under warranty, no quibble at all. From todays experience Lexus deserve their reputation. 10/10
