Absolute rubbish no help at all I suggest everyone goes through the insurance company always!!

Don't use them absolutely shocking. No communication from them whatsoever when you do get to talk to someone they lie. Told me they sent a cheque 3 weeks ago, no cheque arrived. 2 weeks ago they said they sent it by bacs transfer still no money and i'm receiving just over half of the settlement after they take their chunk of it.
