Our estate agents appointed SAS Daniels for conveyancing for selling 2 properties and buying a new property and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our conveyancer was Charlotte Pawelczyk and from the off she was efficient, informative and always at the end of the phone when we needed to speak to her regarding our sales/purchase and kept us updated on a regular basis. She explained everything clearly and was always transparent and friendly and polite. She definitely helped to make our move a smooth journey with no stress. I used SAS Daniels for the conveyancing on the sale of my late father's house. The process was very easy and the staff were exemplary. Decided to pick SAS Daniels as the conveyancers on my property purchase because they were recommended to me. I have to say that Louise, Holly and Kardam were absolutely amazing. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and updated regularly. More importantly, Louise highlighted things very clearly and made sure I did what was best for me.
