From the very first moment I got in touch for a quote, Sue (Tonkin) was brilliant. The quote, by the way, was very fair and ultimately accurate. The most important thing for me was that Sue was always available to respond to my questions, either on the phone or via email. And, if she wasn't immediately available, she'd always get back to me. That is very rare these days. The sale of the house had its complications but Sue dealt with them all with great skill and patience and, before I knew it, we'd completed.
