Absolutely excellent service from Julie and Carol. Over the last 10 or so year Carol has acted for my dad in his buy and selling if homes. Which speaks for its self on the service they offer. I now went to her my self. Spoke to Julie, what a lovely lady. She was there every step of the way through Selling my late father's house. She is very professional but full of empathy to. As it was very difficult at times for me to sell my dad's house. Thanks Julie and Carol x

It is the worst experience so far. No communication at all. Total ignorance. Avoid this company. P.s. they redeemed themself, so have to raise their rating

Being completely faire with my review, I profoundly recommend you to search for another solicitor. CS Conveyancing (in particular Natalie S.) dealt with the sale of my flat in London and they made my experience a real nightmare. Let me give you only facts: (1) It took 15 weeks from having the offer until completion (2) The person dealing with your case is an admin person and NOT the solicitor (I never spoke with the person legally responsible for my transaction) (3) The admin person dealing with my case kept forgetting to ask me for required documents and these further delayed matters. (4) Lots of hidden fees - basically the "management fee" for them is only sending emails but every document that they need to find on your behave is extra (~100-200) (5) Very slow response - they would take 3 working days or more sometimes to respond an email with two lines. Upon my complaint they send me their T&Cs, which did not contain anything related to response times. (6) Zero Transparency - adding to #5, they basically do not communicate and I was left constantly in the dark during the transaction. It was a very unnecessary painful experience for me and I hope you read this review and avoid this agency.
