Really helpful and reassuring service. I was in a taxi when it was suddenly smashed into from the rear. I was in so much shock that I didn't take any details at all we only had the registration of the taxi. On communication with BCM Law With Sylvia she did so much work finding out who had gone into the back of us with very little help from the taxi firm itself however she did find out for us. Sylvia provided me with a very professional service during covid and beyond using online signing of forms and keeping me up to date with the case. Sylvia was extremely thorough with details and didn't let anything go unnoticed I am immensely impressed with the service from Sylvia and all other very friendly and approachable Staff who also help me.
