SciMed field engineer Chris Brook attended our site to diagnose/fix an issue we were having with our XRF. He was professional, very knowledgeable and charismatic! Our issue is now fully resolved and I feel confident that if anything arises in the future, SciMed will deliver the same excellent customer service then too.

My company has had dealings with SciMed for about six years now and I can only praise them for their professional approach. From sales through to service we have had excellent response. Our current service engineer helped us with a difficult problem recently after we had a computer corruption issue that stopped us using our Rigaku XRF. Chris Brook worked remotely and very patiently and painstakingly got us up and running again. On behalf of my company I would highly recommend Scimed for their products and their after sales service.
