    4 months since had a car hit me. Had some payment. Was told to day was going to have the rest of money in my account. Yes you quest right. Wasn't in my account. Different story if I owe you money. The staff don't know what they are talking about. There's always something they haven't told you. Need to train staff

    Spectra drive have been agonisingly slow, misleading in their statements and rude when questioned or chased up. At times, their employees have provided incorrect information, with no apology or acknowledgement from management when these errors came to light. The claim has already taken four months despite the third party admitting fault immediately. I regret going with them and would recommend others to avoid them in the future.

    Iv dealt with these when my car was hit whilst parked I was arrassed for photos which i send 50 plus I was threatened if I didn't reply and send pictures I would be charged. I send all I had .my mum was dying at the time I explained I wasn't sending any more pictures. My car now sorted I was phoned to say I needed to sign another agreement I would not sign didn't feel comfortable. I was told to sign or be liable would not recommend these heartless horrible people

    Absolutely rubbish... nearly 5 months on and still no payout! All you get now when you ring is "I can't really say no more" shocking... don't let your insurance company put you onto them! The one star I had to put to post this but it would be minus 5 if i could!!!
