        I recently had my basement converted by Broadoak Basements and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job on the conversion. They were able to turn my dark and dingy basement into a beautiful, functional living space that I now enjoy spending time in.         Had my cellar converted into a large bedroom, ensuite and a snug/TV room. The job was completed to a very high standard and I love my new room. We have a large TV and it's perfect for a film in peace and quiet. Ryan was excellent in keeping us informed throughout and created the space exactly as we wanted it. He even came up with different creative ideas for us. I'd definitely recommend Broad Oak! Service: Refurbishment

        Work was carried out by this company to the property next door which created a very large amount of damp in my cellar which up until the works starting, was dry. Their rep came out to survey the problem and basically said 'tough luck' and left with no apology so neighbouring properties - BEWARE of works carried out by this company!
