The Stove Room

In December, soon after we had to abandon using our traditional multi-fuel open fire place due to a leaking chimney, we realised that its replacement required a major work. The project became easy and tension-free largely due to the clarity and openness Mark and his colleagues demonstrated in dealing with us. We are vey happy with the way they helped us to modernise an outdated mode of keeping our home heated. We do not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team for their workmanship, creativeness , trustworthiness and professional competence.

Posted previously a raving review about this place but have now removed as we have had a host of problems following installation. Cracked hearth, broken fire, paint melted off flue. Was in contact with owners but answer was always pushed back to it being our fault for temperature control. Dont like the fact reviews are asked for post installation in turn for bill reduction, even though I initially did one myself when all seemed rosy. Our whole fire needs pulling out to rectify problems. Also avoid chimney sweep service; left an inordinate amount of dust throughout room. Have had another done since and not a speck left anywhere.

Just to say 'wow'! The Stove Room has gone above and beyond. The in-store advice and guidance was excellent, the quality of the product is exceptional and you'd never know they'd been! Absolutely nothing was a problem. Delightful to deal with and left everything spotless afterwards. Highly recommend. The after care has also been brilliant. All in all 10/10.

Had an insert stove installed on the 9th Jan 19, the team was highly skilled and mark was able to resolve intricate technical issues The after service was good too Very pleased
