        I dont recommend using Bronte as your hairdresser. I wanted a vegan and cruelty free hair salon however this doesnt mean the hairdresser is a decent business owner or ethical person. The salon itself Becky Holmes Hair is lovely and has a great atmosphere. But Bronte is not willing to fix your hair if you arent happy with the end results when you get home. She left bleach on my hair for far too long so my hair has snapped. She didnt even show me the back of my hair at the end which means she knew how bad it was. She didnt do a professional blow dry either so the ends of my hair were super crispy and dry. I sent Bronte a text to fix my hair and she said that she would be willing to fix it. She has had a few cancellations on her instagram stories but she still continues to ignore any text messages and refuses to book me in to correct my hair. She also over charged me and pretended her card machine was broken so made me bank transfer her (she knew she did a bad job). Not professional at all. I had to go to another hair dresser for an extra Olaplex 1&2 treatment to save it breaking off more and she was quite shocked at how I had been treated. DONT GO HERE!
