Goldie and her assistant are lovely people, I am realy pleased with my hair. They made me feel welcome and looked after me. They both have hearts of gold and are excellent hairdressers. I will certainly be returning.

Goldie is second to none at what she does! So much experience and patience, she clearly takes great pride in doing a perfect job and that priority is reflected in the price you pay, she doesn't charge stupid prices at all. I'm not a person that enjoys sitting in a salon and usually feels uncomfortable but the warmth and friendliness she brings to her salon and shop makes me look forward to visiting again and again. Ok if you need somewhere local to go for your hair. You have to be confident in asking for what you want as the owner tries to tell you what's best for you according to her and doesn't really listen to your needs. My mum had her hair done, it was a basic cut and dye but to most of the afternoon. I struggled to get an estimate timeframe for how long it would take to do braids on my hair so didn't end up going there. She doesn't tell you the cost despite asking so be prepared to pay more than you expected to.
