My experience at Undone470 was fantastic. I originally called and explained I needed guidance as I hadn't had my hair coloured for a long time. Patrick was very understanding and booked me with Shauna and Jenny. When I went to my appointment, I was so pampered. The team really knows how to look after their customers. I was very happy with my hair but wasn't sure about the way the colour turned out. Shauna wasn't happy with it so she asked me to come back for it to be redone. And again, I was pampered and the final result was amazing. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this team enough! The team at Undone 470 are wonderful. The salon is an elegant and welcoming place to relax and be made to feel and look beautiful. Every customer is cherished, the results of hair and beauty treatments are carefully perfected to suit each person, and all with the warmth of feeling like you are spending the time with friends.
