        I took my diamond/platinum ring here for repair. After waiting many weeks and leaving numerous phone messages it was returned to me 'repaired'. I kept catching the clawes on everything. I returned to complain. I'm not sure what he did but it didn't make any difference. I haven't felt I could wear it through fear of loosing the diamond. Today I took it to a jeweller in Cheadle. He informed me the diamond had been set in the wrong way, the repair was done in white gold and the clawes were so poor I risked loosing the diamond. This is a very old Victorian ring. Because of the poor workmanship the whole top of the ring will have to be replaced. 300. I will never return.
