        similar theme to the below, pane failed after 6 months (seal) then replacement one had glass defect, replacement 2 had defect, replacement 3 defect in same place, now replacement 4 has swarf inside the pane and stuck on the glass...... lets hope the 5th resolves the issue

        From the aggressive woman on reception , the couldn't care less staff. And finally the faulty glass panel which I was assured would be remade & they would contact me to make arrangements. They didn't. Avoid.
