        Excellent and friendly customer service, speedy and secure delivery, and a fantastic, difficult to find Pilot Capless fountain pen. Highly recommended; I would definitely buy from Pens Etc again.

        Five stars is not enough to praise the dogged determination Pens Etc had to get me what I wanted ... and I was dealing from the other side of the planet - sort of - well, Australia. The are fantastic, I have my pens! Now shouldn't I be writing this with one of their pens ... yes! I'll write it on a piece of paper and show it to the universe! Look up on a clear night and you will see it! Ian.
