I had to wait for long time before then even check on me, then wiat again to see the doctor then I went out to wiat till I get my papers and the Doctor was very cooperative and discussed the problem with me, help me by giving me a especial case because of my injury, does it give me the opportunity to do the scan today, very great work team was today. It with the waiting 5 hours at the end .

Parking is a nightmare! Better chance of finding a 28 leaf clover on Jupiter's 3rd moon. People parking wherever, over a crossing? fine, on a curb? ok, double yellows? Double what?, the center of a roundabout!? Don't mind if I do! In summary the only way I want to come back is in an ambulance preferably dead as I wouldn't want to put anyone through to emotional and physical turmoil of trying to park and pick me up.

5 yrs ago, my daughter, at 34 wks pregnant, had to have an emergency c section, due to pre-eclampsia. Because of her condition, she was kept on the delivery ward hooked up to machines, drips and monitors. The staff were amazing. We were allowed 24hr access to her and baby. Just this week, the little one had to go to the hospital via an ambulance. His treatment was quick and efficient. There is a dedicated children's section to the A&E, which is amazing. The nurses and doctors do an excellent job and deliver an essential service against the odds.

A&E Department visit 09/04/23. 10.15am. The team here are great! Came in today feeling terrible and from the second I arrived I was made to feel like I was in the very best hands. Extremely grateful for everyones care, compassion and hard work on the bank holiday! Didnt manage to get the girls name but she took my bloods and had just got back from Lanzarote, she was absolutely amazing, put me totally at ease and made me feel listened to and cared for. What an absolute asset to the profession. Thank you so so much.

Went to children's A&E and was triaged by a nurse & told to sit back down and wait to be seen. During this process my child was sick so I approached another nurse to ask where do I put the sick bucket. This nurse on approach was lovely and smiley, she went above and beyond and I couldn't fault her, she checked what the original nurse had done and seemed more in depth as to why we were there, then 2 weeks later we ended back up in A&E and the same nurse was there. I was observant of her and all I can say is she is very helpful and pleasant, very onit and gets things sorted the way she dealt with the children patients and parents was above and beyond and she was so caring. The name I heard was Carrie. She is amazing in her job.
