        Very prompt response to call out. New part fitted and working 30 minutes after call. Only slight grumble is the usual rather cumbersome menu to get to speak to someone. But not as bad as most companies

        Excellent service. Phoned office with a leaky radiator. We were told a heating engineer would be in touch within 24 hours. Two minutes after I hung up, the engineer phoned , arranged a mid day call the following day, turned up give or take 10 mins. Really a nice guy, did the job, Well satisfied on all fronts. Thanks
