Cotswold Teak

Ordered in stock item, to then be told not in stock. Our order was delivered when we were on holiday, unbeknown to us, signed for by a workman, damaged chair and missing the parasol. Delivery driver took pictures to send on to the company. They refuse all knowledge, its our fault. Customer service is non existent. We were going to order another 2 sets, but will take our money elsewhere.

Fantastic product, we are over the moon with our 2 steamers, round table and 8 chairs. The delivery and assembly service was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered furniture in March, only to be told 6 weeks after ordering that is wasnt in stock. Its now the end of July and we have yet to receive our order, have now been told we have to wait a further 6 weeks for delivery! Ultimately rediculous. Waiting a total of 6 months for an order. Poor communication throughout, always had to contact them for updates. Certainly wont be using again and certainly wouldnt recommend them to friends and family. Would have insisted on a refund if I was told initally that id be waiting 6 months for it.

This is just an office. You can't look at the furniture before buying it and if you are unhappy with it when it is delivered there is a 200 return charge.
