The customer service and professionalism of this funeral directors is disgusting. I am only writing this to save another family going through what we have. They do not provide true information, give you a price and then after you have signed a contract they add nearly 1000.00 to that already agreed price and lie about the reason why. The also leave your loved one in a mortuary whilst letting you belive they have your loved one in their care. Ohh finally when you want to raise a complaint in regards to the service they are meant to be providing you end up speaking with the head of complaints who is extreamy condensending, obnoxious and unsympathetic who responds to your complaint with "let me shut that complaint down right now". Please do avoid this funeral director as I would hate any other family to go through this, there lack of empathy is astonishing.
