Flower Basket

Extremely Disappointed, poor customer service. My fiancee went into this shop this morning to buy some of the Lily's that were sitting outside. When she went in the shop worker was already dealing with a customer so my fiancee waited to be served. The worker then turned to my fiancee and grunted that the Lily's were not for sale yet as they had just been delivered, then turned back to the first customer and snarkily remarked to "Give her a chance" Well I'm afraid that was your chance and you blew it. My fiancee returned the Lily's and left. We are big advocates of supporting local businesses so are extremely disappointed to have our custom treated like an annoyance rather than valued. There is no need to treat anybody this way, especially someone you want money from. We will not be returning. I have tried to call the shop to discuss the complaint but the phone was not answered hence I am reverting to a Google review. Shop looks nice though

Have used this shop on numerous occasions, owner very friendly & helpful, beautiful flowers & would highly recommend to anyone else

I ordered flowers for my Son & Daughter in laws we anniversary. I don't live in Manchester so just took a chance to order them from the Flower Basket after reading the reviews. Wonderful service from the start speaking to a gentleman who took my order and advised me what arrangements they did. The flowers were beautiful and my Son & Daughter in law were over the moon with them. So THANK YOU so much. Would definitely recommend.
