This gentleman saved me an absolute fortune, I was hit by another driver and unfortunately fell into the dark world of UK motor insurance companies. I was put in a position where my own insurance company undervalued my car, overpriced repairs so they could write of the car and then, had the ordasity to ask for most of its value back to keep my car. This was a no-fault claim and I was being taken to the cleaners. I put out a desperate plee on Facebook and a friend suggested I speak to Vee5 Assessors. Mark's advice alone resulted in me changing the outcome of this situation to the point where I got almost all the "estimated vehicle value" plus my vehicle back and the ability to repair it myself without having to use brand new parts where second hand parts are available. I call that a winner. No doubt I will need Vee5 again in the future for his other services, sometimes advice alone is priceless and his contact I will definitely be keeping.
