      • NW Auto Services ltd

        We had a pcb fuse blow in one of our commercial fuel drain pumps! After speaking with Piusi who manufacture the pumps they wanted 16 each plus 16 carriage which could take up to 14 days!!! Found RS components listed the same fuse required for .55p each! Ordered at 8pm last night arrived at 9am today! Pump fixed and ready to earn again in no time. Definitely saving this company details for future reference

        Great experience, lots of help in store by friendly staff. RS could do with updating their systems though, it a mountain of paperwork for every transaction.

        Dropped in to see if they had a couple of products in stock, which unfortunately they didn't, but Steve was really helpful and checked to see if they had equivalent alternatives available. He showed me how to check availability through the website from home and explained my options for getting hold of products; the process is simple when you know how however there was no hint of patronisation in Steve's voice whatsoever even though he must explain this a lot.
