Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, This is the first time I'm leaving a negative review on any business, and I hope I never get pushed to do this again. You know when a complain get to this stage something is definitely wrong with the service. Altho the staff are respectable and polite, allot of mistakes happens there and I put that the poor management. We had terrible experiences from this shop but because it was convenient to use our local dry-cleaner. We gave them second and third chances to do right but we are regretting it now. I gave them my favourite jacket for alteration ( shortening the sleeves from the end ) and got charged 25 for it, When I went home and tried it, I realised I can't even take my hands up in the jacket anymore, basically can't wear it anymore. Since I took it back to them, I've been played around, they blame the tailor ( outsourced tailor ), the tailor said he don't deal with me he deals with shop and said can't do anything about it. I ask the shop for refund but I never got refunded. The staff say the shop owner will deal with this, I asked to speak the shop owner ( apparently he is a Doctor ) they said they gave my number to him and he will call me. After 3-4 weeks of waiting for his call and chasing the matter, last week when I called the shop to see why he hasn't call me yet, the staff told me they contacted me two times and have left me a voicemail ( I never heard them ) and they said the shop owner and the tailor came to shop to see me. ( the meeting I never knew about ). I've been told because of they contacted me and didn't get hold of me, now they won't going to do anything about this, not repair, no refund, and they also didn't give my jacket back. I ask them to get the shop owner ( Doctor ) call me, but he never did. Them I wrote them a letter asking for my refund ( a week ago ) still didn't get any reply. After all these, yesterday I was going out and I miraculously saw the shop owner ( Doctor ) is in the shop. I went in the shop, hoping he will resolve my problem, and do right. Instead he refused me and said " I don't talk to you ANYMORE, I will reply to your letter instead, wait for that and he turned me away from the shop." ( Doctor you never talk to me before, what do you mean by ANYMORE ??? ) I politely left the shop without saying anything else but I was furious and still am. So by going into their shop, I lost 25 & my favourite jacket, my time got wasted, I got treated with disrespect and I've been ignored. The least I could do is to tell everyone about my experience with them and prevent my friends and family and neighbours to get mistreated.
