Traditional Front Doors

Very unreliable. Ive contacted this company 4 times. Firstly by phone, told them what I needed and asked me to follow up by email. Sent the email off with pics and measurements, automatic response came back (confirming the email was received), then nothing heard back for weeks. I called them back. They were very apologetic said they hadnt received the email (I know they had but I went along with it for sake of politeness) and asked me to send again. The man confirmed receipt over the phone and promised to move heaven and earth to get back to me with a price by the next day at the latest. That was three weeks ago. Its a shame as I really want the doors in my property (and two traditional fireplaces) refurbished, but Ill need to look for a more reliable firm.

If you need a company to go the extra mile you need look no further. They recently sourced and completely renovated 4 reclaimed Victorian doors for me. The care and attention to detail was amazing , to say I was thrilled is an understatement. The staff are dedicated , helpful and extremely knowledgeable and talented. I was so impressed with the doors we decided to have our treasured exterior reclaimed Victorian door renovated, it looked tired and old and the weather had taken its toll on the beautiful wood.Andy worked his magic and I am so thrilled with the result , it looks better than when we bought it 20 years ago ! Many thanks to Claire, Danny and Ashley for arranging and organising the smooth collection and delivery of my doors and a very big thank you to Andy - a craftsman , a master of his trade !
