Dr Ahmed offered no help / treatment options / advice & chastised patient for having an appointment. Trying to keep someone with a mentally challenging condition positive is really hard and made worse by careless and insensitive manner from the doctor.

Absolutely horrible experience, Drs that cannot be bothered with patients and seem like they hate their job. Was told by some arrogant fed up male doctor, that I have wear and tear and if we X-rayd everyone my age we would see this. Cant help me and was extremely rude. I will never ask for a GP appointment again

Posting under a pseudonym as fear the backlash. Very unfriendly practice. Some GPs seem ok, but the reception staff are horrible. It's unclear why GPs run their practices in such a hostile fashion that demonstrates nothing more than sheer hate for patients, but this practice is a prime example of the inverted notion of NHS health care - they don't care, and your health will suffer. I think a lot of GP senior partners would be better off pursuing their profits in selling timeshares or similar, as they have no interest in public health and patients just seem an inconvenience to them.
