        Been to bosden moor surgery with my mum. While we were in the waiting room, the receptionist had a very difficult telephone conversation with a man who didn't speak much English. Her patience and professionalism with the gentleman was first class. A credit to the surgery.

        Katie is a delight on reception! Every since I moved to the area and registered with Bosden, Katie has always remained bubbly, professional and welcoming.
