Whats wrong with the phone?? I've been trying to book an appointment during months as the last 2 were cancelled during the lockdowns. Been calling and none answered the phone. Left a voice message to the annoying authomatic machine and never got any reply. Its disgraceful. Why do they do things so difficult for people?

So missed appt due to having COVID and apparently that was the second time had missed appt the first being when we were in lock down and couldn't go even if wanted to. I rescheduled the COVID appt but was late due to some unforeseen issues and they decided to take off the books due to it being second time missed. But by there own policy you are not allowed in when have COVID symptoms or actual COVID. They seem to make excuses to get people off there books and the reception staff need to have training in customer service. Use a different practice this one is not good and will find excuses to get rid of you
