My wife has been on the phone on hold for 1hr 30mins so far due to worrying swelling above her top lip to bridge of her nose. I know it's Sunday but you would hope the response to be spoken to would be quicker than that!

Well started my treatment today. Must say excellent from start to finish. I had multiple extraction and not one ounce of pain during the procedure.

The Dr and assistant were very kind and reassuring to my little one that hates any dentist work and everything went very smooth.

Absolutely appalled by the dealings of my 9 year olds emergency dental situation, he urgently needs a baby molar taken out with sedation after a horrific experience at our dentist (who have been amazing) after being referred to kingsgate they are telling me he has to wait 9months to be seen! He is relying on 3hrly pain relief plus antibiotics just to sleep and get through the day without pain, unless he has life threatening swelling or infection then thats how hes going to have to cope for the next 9 months! the receptionist couldnt care less, telling me our regular dentist had a duty of care to sort him out, their duty of care was to get him referred as they also witnessed what I had to witness when they tried to get it out. I fully understand that covid has played a part for the delays but to leave a child traumatised, in horrific pain and it still be a 9months wait is beyond me!
