I have had the pleasure of being trained by Bex the boss lady in both pole dance and heels.
Not only have a gained confidence in my own ability, been able to create a space for myself and leaving all the stresses of work, family life behind and focusing on yourself for a hour.
You will join a team of women who support women. I have witnessed several women gain confidence, make friends for life and become secure in their own bodies.
