Booked a tyre fitting online, when I arrived I was told that the tyre wasn't in stock even though the booking process had stated it would be. They said that they would contact me when it was in stock but gave me no time frame as to when that might be. Anyone looking through these reviews should avoid National Tyres and go elsewhere.

Purchased and had fitted at National Tyres three Pirelli run flat tyres for my Mini Countryman. The cost for this was nearly 500.00. A short while later whilst driving the front nearside wheel detached from the car which has written my car off!!! The vehicle had been well maintained, full service history with recent health check from another garage so this is clearly National Tyres poor fitting. Somebody could of been killed totally unacceptable and I have been left without a car now for 3 weeks whilst insurance investigate. Legal action will be taken.

I have booked for 4 wheel alignments ,after they hove done this job ,they give just invoice ,and i have asked provide me actual paper with all the numbers they decline to do this ,they state printer is not working ,i have asked to send it to my email they havent done this too ,also they just done 2 wheels instead 4 and i have paid for all 4,customer service is terrible after long tome waiting and explaining all situation they have declined to return money back and hung up the phone .DONT USE national tyres

Shocking service. Booked in for 10am this morning and I get there and they didnt have my tyres. The person behind the counter was rude and unhelpful and didnt give me a refund

I paid to have two tyres fitted and booked a time slot of between 8:30 and 13:00 at my home address. By 13:20 no one had arrived and I hadnt received a courtesy phone call to apologise and explain why no arrival so I called the order helpline. The lady put me on hold to contact the fitter for an update. When she returned she explained that she hadnt be able to contact the fitter and had left him a message to contact me to explain when he would arrive. At 14:28 he finally called, no apology and no explanation and said he would be at my address in an hour and ten minutes. I then had to call my boss to explain that I wouldnt be returning that day due to them not arriving and he agreed I could have the rest of the day off but as unpaid leave. The fitters finally arrived at 16:19, still no apology or explanation of why they were so late. He never asked for the paperwork like it stated on the email and he seemed in a rush which is ironic seeing as he was late. One fitter was in sliders which doesnt seem appropriate footwear for such a hazardous job and the other fitter disappeared over to the other side of the road to speak to a passer by as he loved the colour of her dog! They then had a conversation about the amount of pressure theyd each put in the tyre they had been working on with one being 30 psi and the other being 32 psi to which one fitter was like yeah that should be ok. My tyres should be 34 psi. I am totally disgusted with the level of customer service I have received today and the total waste of my time and I will NOT be using your company again and I will also not be recommending you to any family or friends. Your fitters made your company come across very unprofessional and more of a cowboy outfit.
