We had a work printer that needed fixing..WA sorted the issue in a professional way and the customer service was exemplary. Great to see old fashioned customer service. We usually buy our printers from the big retailers. In future due to the service would come to WA first.

We have used W A Hutton for our office printer and support for many years, and recently decided to upgrade our very old printer. A quotation was provided very quickly, with lots of advice and guidance on what would be the best option for us. We opted for the New Canon iRC1533iF Desktop A4 Colour Copier/Printer/Scanner. The printer arrived sooner than expected and the guys installed it very quickly, they set up all of our office computers in no time, and gave us a demonstration on how to use it. We also continued our service plan, which they usually provide same day or next day. Fantastic service as usual, would highly recommend.

Been told Mr David Gibb, former owner of CAG Print Solutions (see their reviews) is now representing this company. He left us in the lurch by suddenly disappearing and not answering calls or emails and it appears hes done a runner from his own company leaving many people without a service agreement. Be wary of dealing with a company that employs him given they know his reputation and how he operates.

Really impressed by the service. I arranged a call out for my printer repair. Gary then rang me back to tell me the engineer had already diagnosed the problem, which was with the cartridges I was using rather than the printer itself. They didnt want me to waste my money on an unnecessary call out. Brilliant!
