Went to collect a DPD parcel and was told to find it myself from a pile, guy behind the counter was rude

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've just dropped off a parcel and The guy behind the desk barely acknowledged me!! He scanned My label whilst he was talking on the phone and told me to take it to the back of the shop. I left it in a large bag with loads of other parcels with everyone's details showing. Then as I left I said bye and he didn't even look up !! Very rude & ignorant!! Would suggest go somewhere else if you can

I have just been to collect an Evri parcel and was told to help myself from the massively overflowing bag. Everyone's personal information there on show and could have basically helped myself to whatever took my fancy. No request for ID, all the person behind the counter cared about was if I got the barcode scanned afterwards. He told me his regular customers don't mind helping themselves!

There are very, very disrespectful staff working in this place. The man behind the desk I feel is not doing the right thing When I ask for received he doesn't give it to me and says the paper is finished. This has happened more than once

The owner of this supermarket is racist when I went to buy something for my pregnant wife He wouldn't let me in and said it was time to leave and it would close when there were ten more minutes to 10 pm I went out but at the same time a British man came in and was able to buy something. Then I knew he was a racist so he didn't want to sell me anything
