Grade-Up:Computer Repairs

I have used the services of Grade- up computer repairs on 2 occasions and I can honestly say that dealing with George is a pleasure, He is extremely helpful and provides a first class service I wouldnt hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Grade-Up have been helpful and efficient whenever we have needed them over the past few years, such as speeding up our computers and making things run more smoothly. My mum also recently had virus problems on her computer, which were fixed quickly by Grade-Up, and the PC was up and running again in no time at all. Thank you Grade-Up for a job well done! We would recommend without hesitation.

I have used Grade-Up several times over a number of years to repair our desktop and laptop computers, for up-grades and when catastrophe has struck. The work has always been done to a high standard and time is taken to understand the problem, explain what has happened, and what needs to be done, to a non-computer-expert such as myself. The work is completed in good time (I have never been inconvenienced by delays), the approach is very friendly and communication faultless in terms of updates and progress. In summary, I would definitely recommend Grade-Up.

Absolutely useless. I phoned with what I assume to be a fairly simple problem. I was told I couldn't be given an estimate 'without looking at it' despite me giving a detailed description of the malfunction. The telephone conversation was brusque and not at all helpful - they gave the distinct impression of not wanting the work.
