        AVOID 2 dealings now with this "company", unreasonable and argumentative customer "service". If you don't know what the issue is these guys will take advantage, absolutely over the top quote for a 5 minute job. They made up a load of jargon to try and fool me, unfortunately for them I am an IT expert myself. I got the repair somewhere else for 25% of what they quoted me, by an expert with a master's in electronics.

        Rip off merchants. Tried to charge 1060 per hour in labour! **Owner reply is nonsense, the HP assistant installed a BIOS update that failed, the replacement chip was sourced. This was all explained and a quote for the solder job was requested, I even explained that I have done similar work as I am a 3rd line tech support engineer and have built hundreds of computers and repaired thousands.). For the 5 minutes it takes, they wanted 85. I replied explaining my disappointment, they then defended the price as a "blanket price". It is fair to give a 1 star review for poor service. The service is poor value for money.** Requested a quote for a simple solder of 1 chip (8 pin winbond BIOS) providing the motherboard (i.e. disassembled laptop) and the chip myself. So, no sourcing parts, software or needing to diagnose the fault. Literally, just removing a chip,wiping with flux and then soldering on a new chip. They gave a blanket quote of 85 pounds! For a 5 minute solder job! So BEWARE, these guys are looking to fleece you, 85 would be fine if I had no idea what the fault was or how to fix it. But this situation is disgusting and just obviously a cash grab attempt. AVOID these cowboys.
