Always friendly, helpful, and they take the time to listen. I think they're especially good for kids appointments, we never have to wait for those. I've found it easy to get a phone appointment for myself and then they have offered a face to face if needed. I also found their.maternity services to be very good.

Took away the ability to book appointments on the Patient Access app so you have to wait half an hour any time of day to make an appointment by phone. Who has time for that?! Ridiculous! Its 2023 for god sake, get with the times.

Really disappointed with the service. The practice has gone downhill. Was only allowed a telephone appointment, which I understand with the high demand over Xmas. But this resulted in being diagnosed incorrectly and after calling them again to say I think I have been misdiagnosed I had stronger antibiotics thrown at me so I would go away. After my condition worsened I finally got an in person cancellation appointment with dr Solomon (who is lovely and not who I dealt with previously) and after 2 1/2 months Im finally being seen to. Ive wasted time and money all because Im young and have a non-life threatening condition so Im completely disregarded.

Horrific, appalling service trying to even get an appointment then when I complained I eventually did get one! Furthermore please expect at LEAST a 50 minute delay when you get there with absolutely no apology for the doctor who will then try rush you through your appointment with no real intentions of diagnosing or assisting. The age old wait and see. You have to beg them to follow up on tests and dont EVER expect them to actively resolve an issue you will essentially have to diagnose yourself and tell them what medication you want. I received treatments for an ulcer and had half the tests but didnt receive ANY follow ups or tests to ensure it was gone so now its back. Just avoid, unfortunately these guys only care once theyre making excuses at inquests - a factual statement Ive also had the pleasure of living through courtesy of HMMG.

I recently moved to this doctors practice when I moved to heaton Moor, and such a better practice. First off all the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful dont make me feel intimidated like Im making there job more stressful than it already is which made me feel welcome straight away. Every appointment I have made I have been seen to on time, never experienced long wait times ever. The doctors I have seen in this practice generally seem to care and take their time even though Im sure they are so busy and stressed, they dont want to give you a quick answer and then fob you off to see their next patient they see to all your questions and concerns in a kind way. There is one doctor in particular I dont know his name yet, but one thing that made me really respect him and know he is a great doctor is, I made a appointment to talk about my hormonal acne and he gave me so many options that he thought would be a good option to deal with my issue, he understood my hopelessness of trying everything and was honest with me about all the options. He then proceeded to ask how my mental health was doing which no doctor has ever asked or checked up on with me after my recent diagnosis or new medications which I also understand with how busy and overworked our health care system is - he cared and took the time to explain my new medication how it works the scientific structure of it and if I needed any support with it which lifted me and made me trust in our doctors again specifically when it comes mental health.
