Alba Spinal Health Centre Heaton Moor

Not good service. Paid for an assessment and treatment. But due to their closure I couldnt be seen again for the treatment. Was supposed to be contacted by their team but wasnt and now their number is unavailable! Really unhappy with their service and feel like my moneys gone to waste.

Paid 62 for an assessment and report . The first appointment was for the assessment the second was for the report which seemed to be a verbal report as I didn't receive any in writing . After the report I was asked if I want to continue with my treatment no mention of price until I had to ask good job I did or would of been stung for another 45 for my first adjustment . I then questioned how much my treatment would be turn out they wanted about 1500 for a couple of months of treatment . So I've given them 62 for absolutely nothing and still in pain . Be warned before booking there opening offer .

I visited Alba looking for some help with pains in my back & travelling down my arm, being in obvious pain & asking if they could help, they booked me in for a two stage consultation costing me 62, on the second visit she explained her findings & said I need 34 visits to fix the pain & adjust my spine which will help for the future, sound good although all I wanted was some help with the pain I was in at that time, she continued to carry out an ADJUSTMENT which took approximately 5 mins & said thats enough for now, so I spoke to the receptionist to get rebooked in, first she spoke to me about the price of the 34 visits which in total was 1500 , which I nearly fell to the ground, so I said Ill have to think about that, then she changed me 45 for the 5 minute ADJUSTMENT, which I questioned as I paid 62 for the first two visits, so in all I spend 107 to tell me what I all ready know, as you may of guessed by now I wont be going there again, I left feeling ripped off.

Cant recommend the team at Alba highly enough. Ive been treated at Heaton moor and in their Warrington clinic and theyre wonderful! So effective at treating my pain and helping me understand how to look after my back. Theyve been a Godsend during my pregnancy also.
