Very disappointing indeed, the staff I've dealt with do not care, they're generally ignorant and arrogant and that's a dangerous mix, she couldn't even book my details correctly on their system. She took ages to respond to anything and their response has been full of lies and misconcesptions. Unprofessional and disrespectful, fake personalities as if they're forced to come to work or underpaid. They will lie and supply false information when confronted, very fake indeed. Beware and don't expect that you will receive quality service just because they offer free unhealthy drinks, the coffee is terrible anyway!

I can't comment as I visited Mini, not BMW, they share the same car park with Mini.

Kind and polite members of staff. The dealership is clean and well presented inside and out. Looks like the reception area has been recently renovated, giving a cleaner and bright look to the building. Along with new sales booths. The new service reception desks make a more personal and independent service. Excellent work and knowledge from the technicians when assisting with queries. Wide choice of vehicles on offer here both new and used, which come with plenty of gadgets built in to aid your driving pleasure.
