        I found it very disappointing that your mercenary decision to advertise funeral directors for a fee and not publish a simple map showing the Chapels, the Pavillion and car parks and areas of disabled parking. Do you care to appreciate how confusing your grounds are, limited signage and a one way system designed by a cyclist.

        Just phoned now as we're trying to trace a loved one who died a very long time ago and spoke to a wonderful and very friendly lady called Vicky who is now going to search through handwritten ledgers and will call me back - I didn't expect that level of service - even if we can't find him, I'm so grateful for her help x
