Had my lounge carpet fitted last month.Phil and his crew were prompt professional and efficient in executing the job,total delighted with the result.looking forward to having vinyl fitted in the kitchen. I personally recommend 100%

I hire this company to fit a laminate floor in a couple of rooms after the company who fit my kitchen hire them. They removed the previous flooring and fit the new in a couple of hours, but after a quick inspection after they were gone as I wasnt at home, I realised the floor was bumpy and you could feel the laminate floor bending in some places. When I call them and brought that up, I was told that it was like that as my floor wasnt even. Quite odd as there was a laminate floor installed before. They told me that I didnt hire them to even the floor. At that point, I asked why after noticing the floor wasnt even nobody told me that we needed to even the floor first and, still, they keep fitting everything. Their reply was that it wasnt their job. I was left speechless I hired another fitter; I was told that it wasnt a problem. He removed the new laminate, use a proper underlay, refitted it back and felt perfectly solid afterwards. I feel this company wanted to get the money and be on their way asap. They didnt even bother to check the job once they finish as they miss one small spot without flooring. They did apologize for that missing part though, but they never come or even contact me back to fit that piece that was missing.

We have just had LVT fitted in our hallway and kitchen. To say I'm delighted with the work is an undstatement. Philip and his team have done an outstanding job from start to finish. We were talked through all our options and given lots of choice on different floorings. The job was carried out exactly when agreed and there's no doubt the lads worked hard to deliver the end result. My flooring is now a statement and everyone comments on how gorgeous it is. I would not hesitate to recommend IPR flooring to anyone that needs high class flooring. Thanks again Lads.
