        Was looking on the market for a new/nearly new car. We dealt with Miahd, who offered a test drive on a Seat Arona (this was on Sunday). He advised there was an Arona in stock that was only 3 yrs old and would get it on site for me to view and test drive. I viewed the car on the Wednesday and was driving it away Friday afternoon. Thank you so much for turning it around so quickly. Would highly recommend.

        Absolutely 0% customer service, wanted to enquire about a vehicle, told to wait 5 minutes and after 35 minutes of waiting decided to walk out. Totally unacceptable anf will think twice of going to a Seat dealer again. Please stay away if you are a person of colour. Disgusting is the nicest way i can describe my experience.

        I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and my experience was amazing. I had been shopping around at a number of places for around 4 weeks and this was the best service I was given out of them all. Jade Emerson was the Sales Executive that helped me through the entire process at Lookers. Jade was helpful, patient and had a fantastic level of customer service. I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. I had a look around the stock they had, and approached Jade in my own time. We discussed several vehicles and Jade gave me a realistic estimate for a finance deal and explained additional warranties and protection such as GardX (including gap insurance) that I could purchase along with my vehicle. Jade ensured any small scratches and stone chips were taken care of and repaired before I collected the car, and then also checked in with me 2 days after I collected the car to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I shall be returning when I decide to trade in my car, hopefully with Jade still with the team. Thanks Jade!! You made the process as stress free as possible
