Absolutely the worst single buying experience of my life. Delays upon delays (vehicle 7 months later than expected) costing me over 2000 to keep mine on the road. No communication whatsoever for the first 8 months despite delays, vehicle not even ordered correctly, vehicle landed in the UK at the end of Jan then "accidentally sent around the country to the wrong dealership" leading to an additional 3 months of more delays (somehow ), lost paperwork, computer issues. Yet more lack of communication even after vehicle located. In the end I lost complete confidence in a dealership who couldn't do the fundamental thing they are in business to do and cancelled the vehicle. Part of me feels like this benefitted the dealership more than me as the vehicle price has gone up exponentially since I ordered it and they will benefit from that but I couldn't bring myself to pay them a penny after the dreadfully awful service. Manufacturing delays are one thing but there is no excuse for poor customer service and no communication when your customer is paying over 30k for a product. Disgusted!, and I'll never buy your product in the future. Edit - 28/4/23 - responding to your reply. Why not own your poor service and simply apologise instead of making up an excuse ladened response about the interest rate and refusal of finance and arguing with your customers on the internet. At no point was a change of rate even discussed with me or the reason for me cancelling so I'm shocked that was also on the cards had I proceeded?! I was not refused finance but certainly would have cancelled on that basis alone!. Please explain to me how an increased PCP rate would have benefitted me vs the original 5.9%. I note the vehicle RRP has increased, clearly honouring the original offer should be an obvious outcome for any business. Why would I order a vehicle and hope / gamble the price remains the same?. The 2000 I was referring to was ongoing maintenance of my own vehicle past the sept 2022 delivery date you originally gave me to when I cancelled last weekend (22/4/23). My MOT in October and service and subsequent repairs in Nov and December all of which I was not expecting to pay to undertake had you delivered the vehicle as agreed beforehand. I ordered the car at the end of April 2022 and cancelled it almost exactly 12 months later due to your ineptitude. I mean come on, on the 26th Jan you actually finally called me, excitedly to tell me the car arrived off the boat into the uk and I would have it 4-6 weeks later, before it was sent around the country not arriving at your dealership until mid April. If that story is even true?. Like i said, the entire experience has been entirely your fault, own it, apologise and treat your customers better. Communicate better! and don't try and make them look at fault online because you don't want a bad review that you wholeheartedly deserve. Carl need not bother calling, I've already purchased another vehicle.
