No usual service video posted to iphone despite reception reassurance that one had.
No usual cash sales invoice could be made available ie. no breakdown of all parts fitted and associated costs.
New maintenance paper is just a tick list which lacks any details compared to previous health reports.
Therefore no confidence in that a competent or comprehensive service was indeed undertaken. Therefore will not be returning after 6 years of being a loyal customer.

At 10.50 AM I asked if the car was ready the receptionist gave me the key back to me 5 minuets later. Upon going out to find my car it was imposable to find it after 10 minuets I found the car in the middle of th car lot and the staff had to shift about 6 cars for me to get out luckily I managed to make my appointment.
I have not received a invoice for my records also I would appreciate it if you could email me a copy of the invoice. Being disabled and very unsteady on my feet it is very difficult for me to get there also the colostomy bag limits my getting around. I would have thought that someone would have asked me about another service agreement and extended warranty also.
