What a fantastic experience, buying a new car has always been a long haul for us and we haven't always received the best service. However at Skoda we were greeted within minutes of entering the building by Lamar who informed us of a wait time and welcomed us to hot drinks. It's then that Ginvile Jarmalaite greeted us and we were blown away with her exceptional service and knowledge. We never once felt pressured or undervalued as a customer, (which has happened before) and what turned out to be just a day out killing some time, we ended up buying a new Skoda Karoq. Also to add my daughter never once complained and it is a child friendly environment where she was excited to come back for a hot chocolate:) thank you Gin x

No usual verbal run-down provided for 295 service undertaken today only that a standard defective front beam headlamp could not be replaced due to none being in stock which has never previously been the case. Although the maintenance tick list reported that all lights were OK? No usual service video posted to iphone despite reception reassurance that one had. No usual cash sales invoice could be made available ie. no breakdown of all parts fitted and associated costs. New maintenance paper is just a tick list which lacks any details compared to previous health reports. Therefore no confidence in that a competent or comprehensive service was indeed undertaken. Therefore will not be returning after 6 years of being a loyal customer.

When I booked this service I was told it was a 2 hour waiting appointment. Upon arriving at 8.45 AM i was told it would be ready in 3 hours I explained that I had a hospital appointment at Wythenshawe at 1.00 PM and I also had a colostomy bag on and I had a 2 hour waiting appointment (printed on job card). I was advised that if I did not have the car washed it would be ready for 11.00 AM I agreed to this. At 10.50 AM I asked if the car was ready the receptionist gave me the key back to me 5 minuets later. Upon going out to find my car it was imposable to find it after 10 minuets I found the car in the middle of th car lot and the staff had to shift about 6 cars for me to get out luckily I managed to make my appointment. I have not received a invoice for my records also I would appreciate it if you could email me a copy of the invoice. Being disabled and very unsteady on my feet it is very difficult for me to get there also the colostomy bag limits my getting around. I would have thought that someone would have asked me about another service agreement and extended warranty also. Regards Vincent Beirne

We have just traded our Yeti in for a brand new Skoda karoq. The sales assistant Mike Blackhurst was exceptional. He did every follow up that he promised, didnt put us under any pressure and as a result we trusted him and ordered a new car. 1st class sales and customer service!
