Mercedes-Benz of Stockport

Took a car in for a recall dropped it off in the morning and told them I'll leave it with them, received a call 2pm the same day to say the car was ready to collect, I told the person on the phone I wouldn't be able to get back today to collect the car and was told I would be charged for storage/ parking over night , absolute disgusting customer service .

Great customer service, showroom is immaculate and the man at the entrance gate Santos is a class guy, puts you in a good mood before youve even parked your car!

Appaling after sales service. My alarm goes off everytime I open the door, went in to ask for advice on disabling the alarm until it can be repaired. Waited 20 minutes to be told they are too busy to speak to me and suggest I book car in for repair....in a months time.

I had a really good experience with the team at Mercedes in Stockport. This may sound really simple, but from the chap who greeted me at the car park entrance to all the staff in the service area, everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also enjoyed the coffee!
