Got a Saab 9-3 in a really nice condition, I paid for it above the market price as they told me the reason for the price is condition as everything works well on that car. I've mentioned to them the power steering leak, the ruff suspensions and the engine noise as well. They confirmed that they are not a problem they mechanics check it and all good. Obviously, the engine noise was due to balancing chain problems, I tried to contact them to resolve the problem, and they asked me like 100 times to call them back the next day, I kind of get bored. Finally got a chance to compare the suspension with the same car, OMG the shock absorbers and the whole struct is out on my car. It needs replacement so bad. And obviously, I can pay for my new power steering reservoir. So they present you shiny cars, they tell you it is in perfect condition, they argue with you then you can pay for the repair with your own money. [edit]: From the response: "We had booked you in on multiple occasions with our independent workshop" You're joking, right? For months long, calling you every single day, you were just saying call you back tomorrow your mechanics isn't currently available. This is rubbish, you're selling cars that have obvious issues, refusing to take any action after complaints, and now you're making this huge lie here. This is shocking. Avoid them at any cost!

If I could I would rate it with 0. Sold me the car which was literally illegal to drive on the highways due to emissions etc. Thanks God DVSA got involved and eventually dealer agreed to accept the vehicle and refund my money. However, I still needed to pay over 300 for a recovery to return the car to the dealership as it was non drivable.
