        I recently suffered a bereavement', the staff were so professional, I wasn't aware of what was being done on my behalf, I was helped through a catastrophic period in my life. These are the kind of people to do business with, I wasn't a number, I was a very real person, I will never be able to thank Yorkshire building society enough. If you are looking for good honest service, this is your place!!!

        Phone call answered in branch with no delay and no listening to piped music, or having to go through a list of 'options'. Very very impressed - not like my bank with no one answering in branch ( I had to search for a call centre number......)
