Jay and the team at Cheadle Construction were reffered to us by a structural engineering company to undertake some structual work to our property on a tight tiemline. We couldnt' be happier with the service, which was first class from start to end. From the point of our first conversation, Jay was around within a day to price the job and followed up with a quotation next day. From approving the work the team were around in a matter of days along with liasising with building control. The team that worked on the job (Conor and Morgan) were punctual, hard working, polite and courteous throughout. (they also made a great fuss of the dog too) Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to make structural changes.

Jay and his team arrived on the scheduled date, completed a 5/6 week programme near enough on time and to the agreed budget. They refitted and extended my bathroom, transformed my kitchen, installed a modern hot water system, re -plastered 4 rooms, upgraded my electrics and lighting and installed all new doors throughout. The end result is well worth the unavoidable noise mess and stress at the time.

Highly recommend this company. Turned up on the agreed start date, finished on the agreed end date. The final price was as per original quote and site left clean & tidy. Professional and a refreshing change to be able to recommend.

I would highly recommend Cheadle Construction for any building work you are thinking of undertaking. They are a professional team who not only delivered on time and budget, but were alway polite, considerate and very clean! The level of communication was excellent and Jay and the boys helped with key decision making, taking the stress away. I am delighted with the quality of their work and feel lucky and grateful to have had such a great experience!
