I would recommend anyone shopping for a wedding dress to visit this store! Sara the owner is such a lovely lady, sara explained the fitting process in detail and I thoroughly enjoyed my fittings with her. It was my first time shopping for a dress and Sara had a wide range of different dresses in her store. Through her expertise from the multiple styles I tried on, I found the one! I felt like I Sara was part of my bridal party, she really was amazing. As I was travelling for the fitting Sara was quick to reply to emails and to arrange appointments. Sara even recommended seamstresses around the area. Thank you Sara for my experience. X

The perfect boutique for anyone looking for a gorgeous non-traditional wedding dress. Felt so comfortable and at ease, they stocked the dress I fell in love with online, which I did choose after trying on a few other gorgeous dresses. Highly recommend 10/10

5*s are not enough for this boutique! I visited Serendipity in June with my mum and best friend after originally saying I was buying my wedding dress off ASOS because the thought of wedding dress shopping filled me with dread! I cant thank Sara enough for a relaxed and enjoyable experience in her beautiful shop with dresses that are less traditional and definitely reflect a more boho and alternative personality. Thank you so much Sara for all your input and advice and generally being able to have a good natter! You made the whole experience feel like I was with a friend. Im now 3 months down the line from picking my dress and i genuinely cant wait to wear it next year! Xx

I was really nervous about shopping for my dress but Sara instantly made me feel at home. She encouraged me to try on all of the different types of beautiful dresses she had, and made me feel so comfortable. I was so happy to find my dress and came back to try it on with different sleeves and accessories. Sara and Louise also helped with our bridesmaid dresses, and were so kind, patient and friendly. I couldnt recommend them enough!
