Louise and team have been nothing short of fantastic in organising me and my business finances. I have worked with Eleven since Jan 2020 and have nothing but good things to say about Louise. She is extremely professional with her services and goes about her business in a timely manner. I appreciate everything she does for me and my business as it allows me to focus on other tasks. More importantly, for me, Louise is a nice, caring person. She regularly asks about how me and my family are doing and is genuinely interested when I tell her. I highly reccomend Louise for any or all of the services she provides.

Louise has helped in my my business for the past six months. We needed extra admin support as we changed operating system and our business grew. Louise has an amazing ability to pick up tasks that are assigned to her quickly and then be able to carry them out perfectly. Her attention to detail is second to none, she is thorough and extremely capable. Although we did not use her for Bookkeeping services, I would not hesitate to use her for that service if the need arose. I can also highly recommend her for any sort of administrative support you may need in your business. Whether client facing or behind the scenes, Louise would fit in and pick up any tasks given to her and be a huge support to your business. We shall definitely use Louise again as required.
