Monarch Bedrooms - Stockport

Dont want to give one star. Reading Victorias review cant help but agree. Terrible company to deal with. Similar issues sent fitter who said he couldnt fit the furniture as hes never done it before- not a good start. Issues throughout.kept coming back but never solved issue so we got a joiner to finish the job. I agree with other reviews customer service terrible and they dont care about their reputation or the customer. Stay away is my advice.

Excellent service from start to finish. New bedroom wardrobes fitted, very pleased with the standard of work. Ryan and Chris fitted the units over two days, both very pleasant and worked very hard. Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

From the very first contact with Monarch Bedrooms it was efficient and professional. Craig visited and we received the designs quickly, a few tweaks which were re-quoted equally quickly and we accepted the quote. Colin who fitted the home office arrived with dust sheets and was great from start to finish. We had the tiniest of issues and it was resolved in less than 24 hours - again a great service. We are delighted with the service, the work and the finished product. Compared to other firms who quoted with a "could not care less attitude" we could not fault Monarch Bedrooms who delivered a very personal, tailor made service with a smile !

Absolutely delighted with our wall bed fitted furniture installed by Monarch Bedrooms. It really is an amazing piece of kit for our grandchildren's bedroom and gives us flexibility to turn our limited space from a bedroom to a playroom. We say a 'Big Thank You' to Craig the designer, Mike & Colin for the professional fitting and attention to detail and Vanda in the Stockport showroom 'A Great Gang'. We would recommend Monarch and appreciate everything!

We had quotes from 3 bedroom furniture suppliers and decided on Monarch. The design by Craig was exactly as we wanted having only made some minor adjustments to meet our storage requirements. The furniture was fitted by Mike who could not have been more obliging in respect for our new decoration and his workmanship was excellent. Nice when all the cupboard doors are true and square with each other. The material's quality is very good using Blum soft-close drawer sliders and soft-close hinges where possible. Due to the awkward ceiling shape in the rooms, Monarch was able to offer the flexibility of bespoke door heights which resulted in maximum storage space and avoided a high level facia. With colour-matched interiors throughout, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you for a job well done! (Sorry pictures are a little skewed due to wide angle lens).
